Key responsibilities:
- Technical support: assisting partners in implementing solutions and providing technical support
- Pre-sales expertise: participating in pre-sales processes for cybersecurity solutions
- Pilot projects: launching and managing pilots to demonstrate product effectiveness
- Consultations and implementation: configuring solutions, providing technical consultations to partners and clients
- Product expertise: being the main technical point of contact within the assigned portfolio
- Training and support: conducting training sessions and providing technical support to clients and partners
Who we are looking for:
- Understanding of IT infrastructure: firewall, NGFW, NAT, VPN, UDP, endpoint security, etc
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- English level — Intermediate+
- Hands-on experience in deploying IT solutions across diverse environments
- Confident presentation skills and the ability to explain sophisticated solutions effectively
- Readiness to support clients throughout the full implementation lifecycle
Nice to have
- Experience with Fortinet, Check Point, Palo Alto, Cisco solutions
- Knowledge of CrowdStrike, Sentinel One, Trend Micro, Symantec, Rapid7
