Key responsibilities:
- Monitoring the monthly performance funnel in the assigned region: from qualified leads to potential deals
- Developing relationships with current partners, taking their collaboration to a new level
- Regular meetings with partners, agreeing on business plans, sales targets, monitoring plan execution, and activation
- Supporting partners in creating commercial proposals and generating new opportunities
- Informing about new releases, pricing changes, and current promotions
- Achieving set sales targets as per the incentive program (deal generation)
- Maintaining reports on progress, deals, and plans
Who we are looking for:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales — as a Channel or Account Manager, as well as experience in developing partner channels or key accounts
- Knowledge of the technology or software market and the ability to sell complex solutions
- Results-oriented approach: strong focus on KPIs, conversion rates, deal size, and growth
- Agile thinker — able to analyze, compare, adapt, and apply critical thinking in dynamic situations
- English proficiency at Intermediate + level — correspondence, conducting demos, participating in calls with vendors
- Ability to navigate technical content — learning products, understanding their logic, explaining key values to clients
- Experience in CRM systems — pipeline management, deal tracking, and transparent reporting
- Solid time management — meeting deadlines, structuring tasks, focusing on priorities
